Shipping & Returns

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for shipping. We furnish the insurance. We ship within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment. We prefer USPS Priority shipping, but we will accommodate the customers' wishes regarding shipping method. Most jewelry items ship First Class insured. Orders totaling $100 or more receive free shipping. If our checkout does not show free shipping, we will refund on our end.

We offer International shipping via Priority International with USPS; we can use International First Class, but this adds a $2.00 handling fee as we must visit the Post Office to ship via Int'l First Class. We do not falsify Customs Forms, under any circumstance. Buyer is responsible for any Customs fees.

Other Information:
TX residents pay 8.25% sales tax. We accept Paypal and payment by personal check or money order can be arranged, with the understanding that the payment should reach us within 7 days of placing the order, whether ordered by Internet or telephone.

Return Policy
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If the item is not as described, we will offer a full refund of purchase price and shipping.
