Capri Blue Squat Signed Art Glass Vase Triangle Shape

Presenting a beautiful capri blue signed art glass vase with a triangle shape. We have not been able to find the signature; it looks like it starts with a "C". The bottom is ground and unpolished and there is no date. The vase stands 5" tall and is about 4 1/2" at the widest across the base.

We don't think this was mold-blown; you must see the photos to understand the manufacture as we have no words for the process. Each side seems to be pulled up from the bottom and has an embossed circle with rays radiating out. It's a very unusual vase.
